new year, new start

It has been quite a rewarding year the one that has passed and I can say I have never been happier but I can also say I have never been as excited as I am now for what is about to start. 2014 and life is just starting for me, I'm heading to college, a world that I expect to be as rewarding and challenging as highschool was and a place where I can truly develop myself and my identity. I have been waiting for a long time to start my blog again with a new name and a new style, because that is what i have been doing the last year, I have been developing my style, challenging myself in terms of fashion and trying to feel comfortable in my own skin and what i have found is that I find myself most comfortable when I'm surrounded by simplicity, by the easy going kind of laidback attitude I discover I have always had within me, but I also feel attracted to so many styles I can't quite come with an specific label of mine just yet, so with this blog and "a little help from my friends" I will find it, and myself without pigeonholing myself but filling all the spots available. Hope you enjoy the pictures of my past year, I will embrace 2014 with a smile and more fashion to come. El año que paso ha sido un GRAN año y puedo decir que nunca estuve tan feliz, pero también puedo decir que nunca estuve tan entusiasmada por lo que esta por empezar. 2014 y la vida recién empieza para mi, empiezo la universidad, un mundo que espero que sea tan gratificante y desafiante como lo fue la secundaria y un lugar en donde pueda desarrollarme. Estuve esperando volver a empezar el blog hace mucho tiempo, con un nuevo nombre y un nuevo estilo, porque eso es lo que estuve haciendo este ultimo año, estuve desarrollando mi estilo, desafiándome en términos de moda y tratando de sentirme cómoda en mi propia piel y descubrí que me siento mas cómoda rodeada de simplicidad y de una actitud bastante relajada que me di cuenta que siempre lleve en mi, pero también me siento atraída a tantos estilos que no puedo encontrar una etiqueta para darle al mio todavía, pero por eso con este blog "y un poco de ayuda de mis amigos" (estoy citando a los Beatles claramente queda mejor en ingles) la voy a encontrar, y me voy a encontrar sin encasillarme pero llenando todos los casilleros posibles. Espero que disfruten las fotos de este año que paso, voy a empezar el 2014 con una sonrisa y mas moda. If there's a season I adore, it has to be autumn. The colors, the weather and of course all the clothes you have to use to stay warm. My favorite fall/winter accesories are hats and sweaters are my all time favorite things in the world so i can say i'm really looking forward for the fall. Here, some of the new- in things for the fall and some of the old, I'm getting ready!

Si hay una estacion que amo es el otoño. Los colores, el clima y obviamente toda la ropa que te tenes que poner para mantenerte caliente. Mi accesorio preferido para el otoño/invierno son los gorros/sombreros y los sweaters son lo mio, los amo, por eso puedo decir que estoy esperando que llegue el otoño ya! Aca les muesto un par de cosas nuevas y tambien viejas para el otoño que se viene!

Hi everyone! As I had already mentioned a million times on the blog, these abscentees are a consequence of school exams and stuff I have to prepare for school but I'm back with this post, showing you an outfit I fell in love with the minute I decided to wear it, and almost all the pieces were bought in LA. I was inspired in the Givenchy F/W 2011 of course with those animal prints (the one with the shark and rottwailer are my favorites) and beautiful dark colors and the bag reminded me of the best of Valentino this year, studs, studs and more studs. Hope you like the pictures and the outfit! I promise I'll be posting more from now on since my summer holidays are about to start.

Como mencione un millon de veces en el blog, las ausecias son una consecuencia de los examenes y las cosas que tengo que preparar para la escuela pero estoy devuelta con este post, mostrandoles un outfit del que me enamore en el minuto que decidi ponermelo y casi todas las cosas fueron compradas en LA. Me inspire en la coleccion de Givenchy F/W 2011 con esas estampas de animales (la del rottwailer y el tiburon mis preferidas) y esos hermosos colores oscuros y la cartera especialmente me hizo acordar a lo mejor de la maison Valentino este año, tachas, tachas y mas tachas. Last day at LA

Reporting from Buenos Aires again, I have already left the so known city of Los Angeles and I cannot wait to go back. I have had an amazing experience that enriched me in so many ways. It was the first trip that I did with my dad and only my dad and I had the pleasure to share and learn a lot of things with and from him. Also I learned that the more I travel the more happy I feel and I know certainly now that this is what I want to do for the rest of my days.
My shopping in Los Angeles was very pleasant, after this post I'll let you sneak a peek in my new adquirements but I must say that the best purchase so far was my brand new Iphone 4s. Better late than never.

Reportando desde Buenos Aires devuelta, ya deje atras la tan conocida ciudad de Los Angeles y no puedo esperar para volver. Tuve una maravillosa experiencia que me enriquecio de muchas maneras. Fue el primer viaje que hice con mi papa y solo mi papa y tuve el placer de compartir y aprender cosas con y de el. Tambien aprendi que cuanto mas viajo mas feliz soy y estoy segura que es lo que quiero hacer por el resto de mis dias.
Las compras en LA fueron MUY placenteras, despues de este post les voy a dejar espiar mis nuevas adquisiciones pero debo decir que mi mejor compra fue el Iphone 4s. Mejor tarde que nunca.
